The Rev. Lacy Largent | Our Priest

Rev. Lacy Largent

The Rev. Lacy Largent has been our priest since 2015.  She also serves as Spiritual Director of Camp Allen in Navasota and is the priest at St. Francis Episcopal Church in College Station. Mother Lacy previously served as a Port Chaplain at the Houston International Seafarers’ Centers, as Rector of St. Paul’s in Navasota, Assistant Rector of Good Shepherd in Kingwood, and Staff Chaplain at St. Luke’s Hospital, and in long-term supply roles at two churches. She began her ordained ministry in June 1990 after graduating with a Master of Divinity from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin.

Pat Farra | Music Director

Pat FarraPat Farra has served faithfully as our Music Director since 2005. She earned her music degree in Organ Performance from the University of Houston and taught music at Episcopal High School for twenty years. Pat continues our tradition of blended music by balancing hymns and anthems with more contemporary worship music.

Nancy Taylor | Secretary

Nancy TaylorNancy Taylor is volunteer secretary for the Parish. She communicates with the congregation, prepares bulletin announcements, and coordinates with Redeemer Lutheran leadership. She heads our Hospitality Ministry and serves on the Common Ministry and Redeemer Movie Seminar committees. She also serves as Clerk for the Bishop’s Committee.

Dick Bird | Treasurer

Dick BirdOur congregation’s treasurer is Richard “Dick” Bird. Dick has faithfully served God and the people of our parish for many years, as our treasurer and in many other roles. Dick and his wife Ivis are a vital part of our worship services, leaders of the Eastwood home group, and Licensed Eucharistic Visitors taking communion to those who cannot attend services.
